Can't find login page

  When we installed the theme and the child theme there were no login page.
  
  How can we get a login page? Is there a code we can paste?

I want to translate. The log in site is in English and I wish to translate it to Danish. Is there somewhere I can see the page and make changes in it, or is the only option to change it in the php file?</span>
