1-To add/remove the social login (screenshot) go to YITH plugin > Social Login > uncheck the socials used as additional ways to register.
2-To add/remove the registration form(screenshot), go to Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts > Customer Registration, uncheck the “Enable customer registration on the “My account” page.” checkbox.
