Cannot add media via Customizer - image upload field missing

  Hi there – I have been trying to insert images into a Portfolio post using the customizer. I can add the Media Element, but the field to insert the image is missing in the Customizer.
  
  As a workaround I am inserting a text element and then switching to standard WordPress MCE Editor then inserting media into the text section (ie. not using the customizer).
  
  I am using Folie 2.2 and latest version of all plugins (Kirki etc).
  
  Refer to this screenshot. I have clicked on the media element in an old portfolio post, but I can’t change the image as the media upload field is missing. https://imgur.com/a/UAjbLSD

  Update – I just checked my other Folie site where I haven’t updated Kirki yet and the media uploader still works. So I rolled back to last version of Kirki (3.0.33) and the media issue is resolved.
  
  I note this from the Kirki changelog for latest version 3.0.34.1 (released Sep 16)
  
  New: (Refactor) Migrated image controls to new structure in preparation of v3.1

  Yes you are right the latest version of the Kirki have this problem with the media field.
  
  We will make an update asap to fix this issue.

  Is there a fix / work around for this. I just installed a new site and have all latest plugins, ut with Handel I can’t add media using the composer.
