Hello,
Thank you so much for the theme, we have had a pleasure working with it to build our new website.
Unfortunately, we have ran into our first issue since pushing live. When testing in Internet Explorer products refuse to show up and the drop down menu will not display on hover.
As our client is now accepting orders we need to address the issues quickly and was hoping for your help as we are struggling to mitigate the issue.

Please update theme and Codeless Builder first. You can download the latest version from your Envato account > Downloads.

I have updated the theme to version 1.6.2 and Codeless Builder to version 1.4.6, cleared all caches and browsing data and the issue seems to still persist.

Please first thing i recommend to remove the fade effect that showing products. This will resolve one issue. We are working to find what cause the other one.

Would you mind elaborating on what you mean by the fade effect?
I attempted to remove the bottom-up animation during product loading, but that didn’t seem to fix the issue? Is there a specific class you guys were targeting?

I have made some fixes there. Now you can see that the product will show on the internet explorer 11.
Please take a look. The IE 11 is not anymore supported so it is difficult to fix all the issues.
