Customizer not loading

  Hi,
  
  i have installed WordPress, the Picante theme (also the child theme) and all required plugins (also activated), but now i have a problem with the Customizer (in all browsers). This gives an error: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

  Hello,
  
  I think this is an error with the configuration in your localhost server. After login please try to access this link: wp-admin/customize.php. Also please try to activate the original theme and customize it again.

  I get the same error when i go to wp-admin/customize.php after logging in.
  
  I just activated the default theme Twenty Nineteen and in that case, the customizer is working fine: https://cl.ly/daba7605b63c

  What version of php have you installed ? Also please can you disable any third party plugin that doesn’t come with the theme package.
  
  If you can’t resolve it yet please share your online link and wp creds (profile details) so we can check the issue closer and resolve it for you.

  i already tried to disable all third party plugins, but nothing changed.
  
  At this moment i’m running the website locally via MAMP (the way like i always do for new projects). The PHP-version is 7.2.7.
  
  I will transfer the website to an online server and i will send you the credentials.

    Hello,
    
    The only way to debug that is to access your online link and have your wordpress credentials so i can login.
    
    You can send this info through your user profile details.
    
    P.S Before try to disable any third party plugin and check to have at least php 5.6
