Problem with Codeless Visual Composer Backend

  Even the day before yesterday I did the site and everything was ok. Today, unfortunately, problems with Codeless Visual Composer Backend have begun, I could not edit any page and I can’t use the customize option.
  
  I tried to install the plugin yet but it did nothing. I can’t activate it right now because it is asking for an update that I can’t do

  Can you try to delete the plugin and install it again? After deleting there should be a message in your dashboard asking you to install required plugins. Just follow the instructions and that’s it.

  Unfortunately, I’ve already tried in all ways. After removing the plugin it installs again but unfortunately I can only update it (which doesn’t work) but I can’t activate it

  Sorry I misunderstand. I thought you were referring to Codeless Builder plugin. You can not update Visual Composer on your own. As it is an bundled plugin. See this article for more: https://support.codeless.co/?ht_kb=plugins-license-activation-is-required-to-receive-updates
  
  But this should not be a problem. The included version is the right version to use. As for activating it, please add some wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check it.
