I am unable to locate where the title (Manager or CEO) is located… which is really weird.
Here are some screenshots that may help describe what I’m seeing:
and this is what I see on the backend:
I just can’t see where I can swap out the title.
Thanks for you help,

Hi,
Kindly make sure the links you sent are working, as I am unable to see any thing and it states an error there.
Thank You

They work fine for me… so strange.. Can you try to open them one more time?

Hi,
Just check testimonial options and set your own roles as you want.
Thanks

Sorry I should have been more explicit – When I open the Options panel – there is nothing there – just a big open white space…
There are no setting or fields for me to enter any details. I will attempt to see if this is a plugin conflict… but your recommendations are welcome….
Here is the screenshot of what I see

I found the issue. It’s a style in the redux style sheet.
See: https://toolbox4web.com/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot_4.png
It’s set to display none… So I’m going to have to add a style to my admin to get that to show. Is this redux framework plugin something that comes packaged with your theme?
-
Hi,
Yes it comes packaged. Always make sure all required plugins are active for proper working of the website.
Thanks
-
Well – the problem is that inside the redux plugin there is a style that is hiding the area where I need to put the Title. So there’s an issue with your plugin…
I can work around it for now, but this is not something wrong on my end… please take a closer look at this – the style is IN YOUR REDUX plugin. It is HIDING the space to add title.
What are you recommending to fix this?
-
Hi, checked this on localhost and another server…works great. something else caused this on your side. Make sure to check activated plugins. One of them can cause it to be display:none by default. Please share with me site credentials, so we can help you on it.
Thanks

EmAGA1nfV4k*DC4LTNQrv)!rThank you…Please let me know what/where that display: none is coming from. As when I do Inspect in my browser, it’s telling me that its the redux plugin. But I’m curious what you discover…
-
I suggest updating to the latest version of WPBakery. You’re using an outdated version. Redux by default added display:none, but a JS issue caused by WPBakery doesn’t let Redux display it. Please update plugin. The last thing, you can dis-active wpbakery totally from the testimonial post type if you’re not using it on Testimonials.
Thanks
