Hi,
as per title, it seems “Insert shordcode” option doesn’t work when editing elements in backend mode. For example:
– Open a Text Block
– Click on “Insert shortcode” feature
– Select an item (i.e. Dropcaps). A new window is being opened.Result: there is no way to select any item within the window.
Could you please advise?
Thanks -
Hi,
Do you want to use a shortcode ? Or you want assistance with the Text Block ?

Hi,
I was able to create a test page and here is link https://www.nuvoledaromiduepuntozero.it/test/ you can edit it and it did work just fine. Just use your own short code and see if it works or not ? I have used wpbakery text block editor and it worked like normal.
Let me know if you want to have something else ?
Thanks

Hi Akram,
Thanks for the info but I’m talking about a different problem.
Please follow these steps:– In WPBakery Page Builder Create a “Text Block”
– A new “Settings Text Block” windows is opened
– In “Visual mode” click on toolbar option on the right side “Insert shortcode”
– Select “Button” shortcode
– A new “Insert shortcode” windows with title “Customize the Buttons Shortcode” is being opened.Result: There is no content in the window and so, no chance to select any item within the window.
Hope this helps.
