In order to embed Vimeo video on your page, you’ve to paste shareable(iframe) code generally available under the “Embed” heading when clicking on the “share” option on the video into the custom code element “Add Custom Code” field. Then simply update/publish the page it’ll display the video with control.

You can update your Codeless Folie theme simply by clicking on the update button.

The update button usually appears upside/inside the theme panel. You can find it through
WP-Admin > Appearance > Themes > Folie Theme
If you’re unable to find it then you can download the latest version of the Codeless Folie theme from ThemeForest and then update it manually.
