You have a js error in your site. Please upload into your child theme the ‘tower/admin’ folder of your Tower theme folder and try again.
Send us your ftp credentials too, if the issue persists.
You have a Redux related issue. Please update theme. The latest version (1.3) has many important changes and also the latest Redux framework. Make sure to update Visual composer as well.
