I purchased the Speccular theme on August 6.
I installed it on an OVH server. When installing the Elementor extension, the site crashed. According to OVH France, the extension isn’t compatible with their server. So I deleted everything and tried to reinstall the theme, but I got a message telling me that my purchase key is already in use. Additionally, when installing a demo theme, I couldn’t install the widgets.
