Sorry, maybe i missed it..but is don’t see any 403 error in your home page. Not in the page and not in the console. Did you manage to fix your issue? If not, can you send a screenshot of it?
The 403 Forbidden Error can be caused by a certain state of the server file permissions. This error is basically due to:
-Incorrect file or folder permissions;
-Incorrect settings in .htaccess file;
Since you already reseted the .htaccess file, then the error has gone.
