Hello, I am having an issue with a plugins YITH WooCommerce Social Login and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Navigation and I receive a 500 internal Server error. I need the plugins for the June Series. Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this issue?

Hello,
Please go to Settings, and select Permalinks. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Save Changes. Refresh your website. If the 500 internal server error is gone, it was caused by a corrupted .htaccess file and your issue is now fixed.
If the issue persists, add some valid wp and ftp credentials in your profile data. Read this article for more information. So we can check on this.
Best regards!

Hi, I updated the profile as requested. I activated each plugin, but not the 2 that I am having an issue with. I am not able to find a .htaccess file anywhere even when I used Filezilla. I am not very knowledgeable on websites this is only a side thing for me at the moment so skills are limited on my end. I am using a subdomain to stage this website. tknewsite.topkingclothing.com is what I creating it under now.

1). There is no .htaccess file on your Windows hosting plan. It is a file only for Linux servers. Your developer is rebuilding your site it WordPress and can do so on a Windows server, but it is trickier and she would use the ‘web.config’ file instead.
2). You’re pay $14 per month for your current hosting. We can have your dev build the new WordPress site on Linux hosting with CPanel as low as $2.49 per month if you do a 36 month term. (About $90 for 3 years). This plan would have the latest versions of php and software for your developer to use with the WordPress. (And have the .htaccess file).
