A row with a "+" appeard in the frontend and the backend

  I desperately need help as I have already looked everywhere and don’t know what to do.
  
  A row with a “plus” appeared in the frontend and the backend of my site. I am still building in on my PC using XAMPP – so I can show you only screenshots. Here they are – https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rzie9mioxync9cp/AABPWfKxnaoM4-8xx_dV850Qa?dl=0
  
  I tried to find a file where I can edit it.. But I find nothing. When I decided to explore this “plus” using firefox tools – I got this:

  This row with a plus appears in the frontend, backend as well as in the windows with settings.
  
  I am desperate. Please, help me!

  What plugin have you installed?

  I have not installed any plugin that was not in the theme. I only added a new social link.

  Anyway if it is difficult to define a problem, I have a second version of the site without this problem. I can use it. Thanks anyway!
