Activate of Handel Theme problem

  Dear Support,
  
  After upload all the files via FTP. When doing activating the theme after selecting the proper sample theme, it stalled at the process of Import Template Dummy Content.
  
  Please advise.

  Hi,
  
  It probably caused by a misconfiguration on the server you’re trying to install.
  
  Please send me the credentials to install it for you. If you can’t try to import the XML file from /wp-content/themes/handel/includes/codeless_dummy_data/demo/content.xml
  
  Import it using Tools -> Import
  
  After successfully imported, go again to the Codeless setup and install it again using Codeless Installer, it should work. You can face only the issue of duplicate Menu Items.

  Dear Codeless Support,
  
  Based on your advise, we have fixed the issue by correcting our server.
  
  I have another issue as we tried to load a video background by input the Youtube ID into the slider, but it shows error playing the video.
  
  Please advise how we can fix it.
