I just purchased and installed the theme. After installing the recommended plugins and importing the video theme demo, nothing is displayed, I have a white screen.
I tried other themes, all works except the Remake. During the installation, I chose the “Remake.zip” zip file, I also tried with the child file, same result.

if you have any data in your website or in current wordpress please take the backup, I am going to reset whole and re-installing from Scratch.
