To additional customize the user profile with avatar icon and drop-down menu, use a custom plugin.

Sorry for the late reply!
Please go to your theme options and in the header tool’s select the Tool’s Style > Small icons style. Then the account option will appear. Switch it ON.

Yes, that’s because the mobile screen is smaller and the elements are organized to fit it’s dimensions.
Some header elements do not show up by default in mobile. To add them, use custom css. Add the code into your Customize > General > Custom Codes > Custom Css box.
