I edited the header as the demo. I added the necessary widgets to the header and to the footer. I added this custom code, into your custom css box:
nav .menu li > ul { background-color: #f5f0f0 !important;}
.header_7 .header_wrapper .textwidget { text-align: left !important;}
nav .menu li > ul.sub-menu li { border-bottom: none !important;}

could you be that kind to solve one question: After you imported the demo, in posts and pages editor, format tool bar doesn’t appear. (bold button, italic button etc)
The styling options are part of General theme options, so they can not be located on pages and posts editors. You can find all theme options on your Dashboard > Specular. The options you require are part of buttons styling, and you can find them on Specualar > Styling options > Buttons styling see screenshot.
