I have a website running with your Specular theme (https://www.langhoff.dk/). Even though ALT tags are added in the Media library these are not shown on the wrong end.
SEO-wise this is a huge problem.
I searched through the support forum and saw other users having the same problem. I saw replied indicating that it was a theme problem that would be solved in upcoming updates. This is more than a year back.
