I’m setting up my site: https://spiritdancelifeforce.com and I cannot figure out how to change the picture of the lady with boots and the text including ‘business driven’ etc next to it on the homepage. Please help!

I have uploaded two screenshots. One is where all my text gets cut off. The other shows that my logo does not load on computers other than my own.
