On my client’s website, I want some of the H1 tags to look different. I’ve done this by using a custom heading and setting it as an H1. However, when I analyze the page in SEOQuake, it says the H1 tag is missing. Any ideas?

I checked the page you send with the SEOQuake add-on and i had no issue. The tool does recognize h1 tag. Please see screenshot.
