The animated counters & charts don’t seem to load automatically when you scroll to them on a smartphone.
You have to touch-click the counter or chart (or space where it should appear) to make the counter numbers or graphic start working.
Are there any settings to adjust so that this will be more automatic in mobile view?
There is also an issue with an image. (I have to click the blank space to make it appear. It’s the one that is above the text “Unique food applications based on …”.)
I have a feeling these 2 issues are connected.
The images and counters work fine on desktop when scrolling down the page. But the scrolling on a smartphone doesn’t trigger the animation.
The site is in “Coming soon” mode and i can not test the animated counters in mobile. I tried the previous login credentials you send me but it’s not possible to login.
Do you have many third party plugins installed? The animated counters do work well in mobile. There must be something else interfering with it’s scripts.
I suggest you disable all third party plugins and try again.
