  Please advise the steps needed to change the body background color using the fullwidth layout.

  Hi,
  
  Do you need to change all website bg color?
  Then go to Theme Options -> Styling.
  
  Do you need to change single page bg color?
  Then go to Pages -> Select Page -> on the bottom change page bg color option
  
  Do you need to change a single section bg color?
  Edit with WPBakery and select the section you need to edit. Change BG color
