Hi,
I have some problems with background images on iphone. On http://www.oltremateria.it homepage I have some backgorund images in some rows.
As these images didn’t fit correctly on smartphone you suggested (in another ticket) to use this css:
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Inconsolata, Consolas, Monaco, ‘Lucida Console’, monospace; font-size: 15px; white-space: pre; background-color: #f9f9f9;”>@media (max-width:480px){ .vc_row.section-style, .vc_row.standard_section{ background-size: cover; background-position: center center !important; }}</span>
After several tests I didn’t obtain nice backgorund images, but I solved using this other css:
@media (max-width:480px){
.vc_row.section-style, .vc_row.standard_section{
padding-top: 60px !important;
padding-bottom: 60px !important;
background-size: 800px !important;
background-position: center center !important;
}
.section-style.parallax_section{
background-position: auto !important;
background-attachment:fixed !important;
}
In this way I got a nice view of background imges on smartphones.
But a PROBLEM REMAIN ON IPHONE. Using iphone with safari, background images are not displayed, they are completely missing. If you use an online-iphone-simulator it seems there is no problem, but if you use a real iphone you will get the issue.
Could you please help?
It seems that iphone or safari do not perform the css the same as other devices-

Marco
