Is the banas slider supposed to only scroll between two options and not all three

Not sure what the video is showing? But it is extreemly difficult to get the 3rd slide on my computer, totally unreasonably hard it feels like a bug. Is there some way to adjust the sensativity?
Yeah, I know that the buttons can also be used but there is a bug with the scroll function here, Is there any way to adjust that please?
