I’ve been trying to add some custom CSS to the main menu (horizontal) and the Vertical Mega Menu used on the Electronics preset of June.
I can manage to do so, only when identifying each menu item by ID (ie – li#menu-item-388), when I’d prefer to simply apply the CSS to the entire unordered list, etc. This takes much more code, and will require that if the client adds a menu item, I’ll have to go in and update the CSS to apply that style.
There’s surely a better way, but I can’t seem to make it work. A little help?
I am also experiencing issues with the vertical menu where the slide-outs disappear as soon as your mouse crosses over the edge of the image below it. This makes using the menu VERY frustrating for the user. You can view this in both Firefox and Chrome by checking this link here: https://lingobrewing.com/blog/
Oddly enough, it works fine on the homepage when the slide-outs pass over the slideshow. But on images in the content pane, it vanishes. If there’s only text under it, it works properly. So you’ll only see this problem on the link I provided above (so far).
Your assistance in these matters is greatly appreciated.
