Have come across multiple coding issues with this theme. It basically doesn’t with in safari without crashing the front end builder. Using crome instead as a fix but this needs addressing.
Things like the page loading icon are from a different theme and there are no options to edit this.
Some how the blog page is broken with no way to edit the style back to original.
Multiple issues with trying to get the headers to work properly when not using the demo content.

1-Add custom css in the Custom Css box. Find it in Appearance ▸ Customizing ▸ General ▸ Custom Codes (screenshot).
2-404 page is controlled by file 404.php. Edit file directly to change it. Or use custom css to style it further.
3-Blog header issues with side bar->I will need to see your site’s link to understand this.
4-With the restaurant tabbed menu – no where to edit the text for items except the back end code.->Yes, of course! The element “Menu tabbed” just selects the available menus and shows them in the order you want (screenshot). To customize each menu, open it directly from “Restaurant Menu” menu item in the dashboard.
5-The customise side menu doesn’t work when editing the blog page-> Blog page shows all your posts. It’s a fixed template that you can not edit like any other normal page. You can customize it’s settings in Customize > Blog.
6-The editor crashes when drag and dropping new rows in to place. (using safari)-> This is not a known issue. Try using a different browser and let us know.
7-Can’t turn off the link and search icon buttons on portfolio items.-> Open the portfolio element options (screenshot). Find “Style” option and select another style.
8-How do I add images to tab and toggle areas?-> Sorry but this is not possible.
9-How to I add text overlay pop outs to portfolio images?-> Can you be more specific? I don’t understand what you want to do.
10-Random pig shaped loading icon-> I don’t see any pig shaped loading icon. Can you post a screenshot?
11-Random px sizes throughout the theme->Please elaborate. I don’t understand.
12-Customiser doesn’t always add styles when saving. (safari)-> Again, this is not know to happen anywhere else. Do you happen to have any add-on installed? Please try another browser.
13-Can’t edit the existing Content blocks or add new ones. When trying to edit you get at the 404 page on the front end.-> Please reset permalinks first.

We reply according to arrival time, the oldest first. So please just wait for our reply first, before replying again in your own ticket or it will go up in line and further delay the response time.
-it is important to update theme and all it’s included plugins! What you saw after the update is mostly due to the plugins being inactive. After updating theme, go to plugins menu and update any plugin that has a new version available. Then activate them again.
-The issues with saving changes, this could be already solved once the theme is updated, but in case it is not: check your database. Saving is made in the database. If for any reason the scripts can not write/save changes in the database, then this happens. You may need to check your access rights or perform a database table’s optimization. contact your host regarding it.
-The link icons in portfolio, are part of that portfolio style. You can either select a new style that does not have these icons, or keep this and add this code into your Custom Css box in Customize > General > Custom Codes:
I fixed the portfolio space by increasing the portfolio row height in Portfolio element options. It needs to be the minimum 317px.
I fixed the contact form placeholder by editing the form’s options.
I had no issues saving all changes. Please check your site and let me know what else you want us to check.
I know that is frustrating, but the issue is in the new version of the theme where you have to install and activate the new plugin Kirki that makes the theme run without problems.
If you want i can update the theme for you, please share with me your ftp credentials.

The theme version you have now is the latest one. During all customization we did, there was no problem with saving or reverting changes back.
Note: After theme updates it’s common for some widgets to be removed. They are not lost, they are just moved by wordpress to an area in Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets. You just have to drag-and-drop them again to the right place.
Please review these and let us know what can we help with from this point on.
