Working w/ a full-width header background and need to being the logo forward to lay over the header background and navbar. I’ve tried a variety of z-index settings to no avail.
Please advise

Hi,
I can see custom changes to your website let me know who made those changes ? Those may get disturbed if we played with it. Kindly clarify.
Thanks

I did those. I need the nav bar to be mid-header w/ the red background.

Hi,
You are doing that wrong, make sure you put it in right way. Just keep your menu inside that strip and put your strip with position rather than margin trick that will work nicely.
Thanks

Hi,
I just provided you hint to make things with styling properly. Because doing this way will lead to further errors as once your screens goes bigger or smaller that margin will not work fine.
I just gave you hint that use styling absolute with proper parent element to style things as you want.
Thanks

I had a client waiting to launch so a hint wasn’t what I needed. I needed a solution and providing the CSS info I requested would have been a big help. I hired it out and it’s solved so going forward will take that route instead of this forum since your response times are unacceptable and when I have a client riding me the last thing I need is a cute response about a hint. If I want to play games, I’ll grab my golf clubs.

Hi,
Sorry to mention but this is beyond the scope as you have changed the code at your own and we can’t provide code as per your own requirements. Your custom code having issues and I am asking to change that code to some proper way to avoid those issues. I hope you understand my point on this.
Thanks

Then you should have just said that to begin with! The reply of a “hint” came off as a bit snarky considering I had a client waiting. I hope you understand MY point on this! Going forward will use AVADA when a custom header is needed. Much better architecture for this type of need.

Hi,
My friend the thing is simple. We can even provide code where we know our clients don’t know. But in this case the code is already written but that code is having issues and that’s why I can do anything on that as that is your custom code and it is beyond the scope of the support.
I hope you got the point.
Thanks
