Broken site after activating Codeless Visual Composer Backend

  I have installed the Picante theme and the required plugins, but when I activate “Codeless Visual Composer Backend” the entire site breaks.
  
  I have tried several times now. I’ve also flushed the cache, but no luck.
  
  WordPress 6.2.2
  
  Any help will be much appreciated.
