Bug on codeless slider ?

 Hi,
 
 I’m editing the June template website for a friend who started to create her website before I came into in.
 And there is apparently a bug on the slider. I just cannot edit it.
 When I clic on the blue edit button and when the customizer opens, nothing is visible except these code lines :

 So…. I guess there is a problem.
 I tried to recreate a slider on an other page and same problem.
 Is it an installation problem ? If yes, what can I do ?
 I think there is a bug on this website because each time I use the customizer, the system is litteraly emptying my page… ! I think I’ve redone 10 times my home page…
 
 Is it possible for you to check my install or something ?

 I don’t know, I didn’t do the install by myself. My friend did it.
 Do you want all the access to check ? (by email to stay secure or private reply)
 It’s possible that she made it wrong.
 
 Me, I’m only web designer, I’m not a dev, so I don’t know how to fix this..

 You can ask you hosting provider they can you provide it. While you will getting this information. Please fill the profile details with WordPress credentials so we can take a look closer to your issue.

 I didn’t understand what you were meaning by the WP credentials, but ok, I got it and I put the infos.

 Ok, it seems it’s WP 7.1, as I can see in hosting infos by PHPnet.

 Ok, it’s seems fixed. I can now use the customizer. Thanks !
 BUT the WP Bakery is down. Is it normal ?

 Hello,
 
 You can work with Customizer and you can also activate the Wp Bakery. But keep in mind when you edit one page you have to use Customizer or Wp Bakery.

 The WP bakery was activated before you check the web site :)
 I just can’t use the customizer to create or edit content. Sorry, hope you don’t mind, but it’s pretty sh*t to use to edit or create content !! It’s only usefull for the sliders or things like that.. because I have no other choice. But your tool isn’t really easy to use.
 So, I have to choose to use one or another ? I can’t use both ???
 If it’s the case, well, I will modify my slider then stop using the customizor.
 But, can you tell me how can I reactivate the WP Bakery ? I see it anywhere..

 I just activated it for you. So you can continue to work with Wp Bakery Visual Composer and edit the sliders with Codeless builder.

 Last question : how can I set the slider for responsive version ? I’d like to keep the animation on all screens. How can I set the responsive parameters for the slider ?
