I purchased Folie theme a few months back but didn’t get a chance to use it until a week ago when my developer tried to install a fresh wordpress site and customise it using Folie.
Here is the developer’s feedback after I asked him to use that theme.
“The theme was giving issues doing a single clean build and didn’t work well with it’s editor.
The issue was with the visual page builder in the admin (not the codeless editor that is also there). When I tried to make columns in a row, the user side would show stacked, or off center. Then in the admin visual editor the columns would be out of line and new spaces added.
Also, when duplicating elements to re-use the whole row would also duplicate, just adding useless ba work.
Those were the bugs I encountered.”
We finally ended up using a theme we already have and giving up using Folie. Given the theme has never been used on our WP and the support is still active for 24 days, I’d like to ask for a full refund if possible as I won’t be able to use Folie for what I want to do, sad as it is.
Please download the latest version of theme first. It’s tested and has no issues whatsoever. Please update all included plugins that came with it.

We can give you a refund, but there no enough reason for this. If update the theme to the latest version you will not encounter any of the errors you mention above.

I’ve tried again and again to build my website on folie theme and it simply won’t work. I even had a web developer try and make it work but he ended up just using his own theme because folie was bugging, perhaps with one of our plugins or customs codes.
I’d like to kindly ask you for a refund so I can reinvest in a theme that works for our purpose (I am building this website for a reforestation project, hence the very small budget, any gesture on your side is highly appreciated)
I’m so sorry that you have problems with configuring our theme. Please can you share with us (in profile details) your wp credentials and online link so we can check your installation and help you to finish your website.

First go to your Envato account > Downloads and download theme again, to make sure you have the very latest release of it. Then extract theme from the zip file. Next follow the steps described here: https://codeless.co/folie/documentation/main.html#update-theme
You can update theme manually (as described in documentation) or using Envato Market plugin.
