Button Styling options border colors not working

  Hi,
  
  I’m trying to set up our website
  
  But when trying to edit “Button Styling” options border colors is not working
  
  I set both Light and Dark to color black
  
  and “Business” type buttons but if you look on the site below in the header you’ll find there is no border n the button which says “Own a business”.

  I don’t know what i’m doing wrong.
