I configured a variable product and deactivated stock management.
Somehow there occurs the error attached, when I try to add the product to chart.

Have you checked the product settings? Maybe the product isn’t in stock?

due corporate compliance I can not provide any credentials.
I deactivated stock mgmt. So it should be in stoch because it is an virtual product.
Can we have a teamviewer Session with screenshare?

Sorry but this forum does not offer that support. We tested this situation on our side and it does not happen. Please make sure all products settings are set properly. And that you have checked the “Virtual” product checkbox.
Do you have any other e-commerce related plugin installed? Deactivate all third party plugins and try again.
