Sorry, but I don’t understand. What do you mean by “can’t copy text”? Are you trying to copy-paste the text from a normal page? are you trying to do this from the options panel? Do you have any add-ons installed in your browser? What browser are you using?
I see some of the text is set up as a link, this disables the selection using the mouse. Other text is set as heading and has other classes wrapping it up. I suggest you open the page in the editor and copy the text you want from the text editor(screenshot). This is not really something we can do anything because it depends on how you have organized the content on the page.
