My website was horribly slow and even crashed sometimes. After hours and hours I managed to make it load correctly, but for that I had to update all plugins and my php version.
Seems that WP Bakery was causing a lot of problems, so I decided to buy a license to install the latest version. After that all my pages were kind of broken (images not appearing, margins and paddings dissapearing…). In the end, I had to uninstall wp bakery.
Now my website loads correctly but Codeless Builder doesn’t work at all. It loads the builder but cannot add or edit any of the content. I am using php 8.1.6 and going back to another versions is not possible since my web crashes.
Thanks, I can edit now content and don’t loose images or margins when I activate wpbakery.
But still, I can’t add any content in pages, just edit the content that already exists. I try to add a section, a row.. nothing happens. I try with codeless builder and it doesn’t work at all
I double the server charactaristics except for max_execution_time wich is 165.
Anyway I can’t believe that I am not able to edit or create any page using codeless builder or wpbakery.
That leaves my web unupdatable.
With a worse server I was able to edit pages with no problem and basicly now you are telling me that I have no solution, at least with your theme. Nice work.
I can’t remember wich demo I imported.
But I need a solution because I cannot edit pages or create new ones.
Codeless Builder simply doesn’t allow me to edit or add any content.
With WP Bakery I cannot create new pages (it just allows me to add a row), and when I edit a page, it lets me make changes, but when I update the page it crashes most of the times.
I am making small changes by editing shortcodes by text with the classic editor.

I can use Codeless Builder, but I cannot select category when I add a Shop element and display a Category, which is how I display my products. Old pages work fine, but I cannot do the same for new categories.
I checked, still can’t select category to display.
In the example you showed in the video can’t select a category, plus, you are displaying Featured Products, not a category which is what I need.
I understand you have an issue right now, but it is a feature the theme offers and worked before than doesn’t work at the moment, and I don’t have a solution for that.
You have the intention of resolving that, right?

Codeless Builder stopped working again, completely, I can’t edit anything with it.
Now I am able to edit pages with wpbakery again (I hope it doesn’t brake my site again), but I see no way to change the top bar.

Please share you haven’t made any significant changes:
– Any Plug-in you have Updated or Customized?
– Any New Plug-in you have added or Removed?
– Have you Update / downgraded WordPress Core?
and lastly, if you have testing / staging server i would like to work there.

– You can Check one by one Plug-in it may not has some conflict.
– 2nd you can check you may not have any error in Console.
I made the copy and I have been messing with it.
I found a plugin called “Customize Posts” that was causing the problem. Some kind of incompatibility apparently, but no errors.
