And now I can edit some custom headings but not the ones in the video area. I double click on the text but it won’t let me type over it. Kinda regretting purchasing this theme now.
Can you post some wp credentials in a private reply? So we can check personally. Check our theme video tutorials to see if you are following the right way to edit it:
I changed themes. It’s ridiculous. How I can edit one text box and not another is wrong. If it’s a matter of having to first rub my belly and pat my head at the same time, then it’s not a theme worth having. It should just work. I got way too frustrated having tried updates, reboots, deleting and re-adding elements.
I can assure you there is nothing wrong with it. We have many other satisfied customers. If it’s your first time using Codeless builder or Gutenberg, it may look confusing but once you get familiar with it, you will see how much more easy it is to work with it.

I too am having this same problem. I believe there is a bug in the latest update that does not allow us to edit directly in the template of choice. It worked in the version prior. If this cannot be resolved, I’d like a reimbursement. I should not be paying for a broken service.

Please add some wp credentials in your profile. So we can check your installation. I can assure you this does not happen in other installations.
Please know that we support this theme and update it continually. What ever issue or fix it may need, we are here to provide it and update theme any time it’s needed. No one of our customers will have to pay for a broken service.
You can add the wordpress login credentials (username/password) at your profile. This is not your ticket so every private reply here will be visible to the ticket author and support admins.

@mirela @Mihaila Every time I attempt to fill out a support ticket, it redirects me here. I will add the credentials to my profile so you can take a better look. Just recently reinstalled the WordPress theme files only, and all but one plugin can be installed. Its the Envato Market plugin that does not work. If you attempt to install a template, it creates one for the site, but the text, images, all demo material, is in-editable. I have had to create my website 4 times because this has not worked.
