Hello, I purchased remaked theme and it was working until a few days ago, now when i click on edit with elementor just a blank page appears with the widgets pannel by the side, this is not an elementor problem, i already talked to them, when i try a different theme it works, and when i deactivate all plugins except elementor i just get stuck on the loading animation from the theme . How can i fix this? I have everything updated. Thank you.

Please go to wp-admin > apperance > customize > General settings > PreLoader Effect / Custom Cursor – Just disable both then try to edit and let me know.

Please go to wp-admin > apperance > customize > General > Site Options > then you can see both option, Just Disable them and try it.
