Can't install DUMMY DATA it stalls at 30%

  I have a temporary site where I’m buidling before redirecting actual web site http://www.archetype-fl.com at:
  
  https://archety1.wwwss34.a2hosted.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=_options&tab=28
  
  I can’t install the pages and dummy data from either Specular default or the Business 5 templates. It stalls at 30% of 65%.
  
  The pages were missing info and after I deleted and re-installed, I could not get the new import to create new pages…. the pages section is blank.
  
  Please help.
