api key theme doesnt work visual composer

  I keep getting:
  Not Found
  The requested URL /wp-admin/network/options.php was not found on this server.
  when i try to enter api key and username in visual composer settings.
  
  Also the theme wont display any parts made in visual composer, and it looks different from other sites where i installed this theme (different clients different servers every theme bought by clients)

  Also downloaded new install now from themeforrest and tryed to installed it (deleted previous instalation) but i keep getting (after the theme is uploaded):

  Please try again.
  
  Tried ftp upload but i still have error activating the licence….

  What error do you get?
  Have you installed the Visual Composer by clicking “install requested plugins” on the plugin notification on dashboard?
  
  Please make sure you are using the VC which comes within the theme, it doesn’t need any activation.
  
  If you want I can check, just write your wp credentials in a private reply.
