I WANT TO:
– Save and use an element in WPBakery Builder, so I can reuse for multiple Portfolio Items.
I HAVE:
– Tried to create both elements and templates, but I can’t make any of them work! Earlier today I succeeded savin a row as an elements, but I can’t find it. Have looked in both elements and template Library.
– I have also tried to save a row as an element AND save page content as a templage. But the “Save” button is in BOTH cases greyed out.
– Can you help me please? Thanx! (I can see that WPBakery Builder doesn’t seem to be activated. Maybe its related to that?

You’re getting an empty row because you can only save a single widget as an element not an entire row with multiple widgets. You’ve to save a single widget as a single element.

Cool that it works on your computer, still doesnt work on mine, hm..
FYI I have cleared the cache in both Safari, Chrome and Firefox – still have the same problem in all the browsers on my Mac: https://imgur.com/ZsBcYnm
I spoke with my hosting company (one.com) and they told me there was some server side cache activated – that was why I didnt get my updates.
So I asked them to deactivate server side cache and then it worked! :)
