Please share your website url, wp-admin and ftp Login Credentials.
you can edit portfolio shortcode and select the desired category and it will show you the specific category.
Please check and confirm and let us know if you have any issue;

i dont understand, what do you mean. Because on home page i see 4 categories, but i use 5 categories. And i dont know, how i can to show all categories
Empty category will not show up. That is why you dont see the 5th category.
