  Hello!
  I am using the Devoll Portfolio Style for my website.
  Where can I change the background colour of the images when they are loading and which is also used for the mouseover?

  Hi,
  You can change the background color from
  Edit Page with Elementor > Click on the edit icon on Portfolio Grid Widget > In style-tab, Style-specific > Effect BG Color > Change Color > Update > Done.
