Change BLOG by default on blog page

  Hello,
  When I use this template for my blog https://codeless.co/specular/default/?page_id=428
  Because in the “Select Special Pages” in theme option I chose my page, it changes the title to BLOG
  How can I change the title and put mine ?

  You are talking about page title ? You can change it by editing the page.

  You can’t edit that text that way. Either you can translate your text as per your requirement or you can simply override in template file. Below is the file path for you:
  Specular theme > includes > view > page_header.php at line 57 you will see some thing like:
  
  $title = esc_html__( 'Blog', 'specular' );
  
  You can replace Blog as per your own text.
