About image and text, part of page content can be easily changed with the Builder.
Other parts like the ones you mention need to be changed with Loco Translator. Install this plugin and replace predefined words with new ones. Also, you can change them directly in code but it’s not recommended.
When I select the “store” page it and open it with the codeless builder it does not show the header image (Our store – cooking since) and the section with the “tasty brunch” “organic meat” , those are just removed when I start editing. If I go to the page and start edit layout then those are there, but i’m then only able to edit the navigation menu.
You can modify them separately, the top & bottom of the shop page are set separately. Change the selected page on Customizer -> Shop -> Shop Top Content / Shop Bottom Content.
If you need to modify it just go to the selected page and edit the Codeless Builder or wp bakery.
