Change website theme from English to French

  Hello everyone,
  
  We’ve just purchased this theme from ThemeForest: https://themeforest.net/item/specular-responsive-multipurpose-business-theme/9412083
  
  However, we were not able to figure out how it was possible for us to convert the theme from English to French as states possible in the theme purchase landing page.
  
  If you may know how it is possible for us to do this, please let us know.

  Hello,
  
  The theme is fully translatable but you must install a translation plugin. We would recommend WPML. You can also use the .PO .MO files.
