I want to change the background image (Everything that is white in default) – the body part. I tried using Custom CSS and plugins and even your own Specular -Add a background to body menu. Nothing works.
Please tell me, what could cause the problem or what am I doing wrong?

What plugins did you use? Please make sure you have all needed rights to make changes to your site. If you can, send us your site’s credentials in a private reply so we can give it a closer look.
Sorry but this site is not accessible (screenshot). You do not have Specular theme in your demo site. I can’t give support on that.
If your site is not able to save changes, please contact your host provider to make sure you have all necessary rights to make changes into your site.
It should not be a problem editing settings either from parent theme, nor from the child theme.
Im reinstalling the theme that is why you cant see my site. Can I ask what problem I can address to my host provider? I address this issue before and we tried to clear the cache my domain but it was no avail. We tried using different theme and we never had any issue. Im guessing it was in the caching of your theme or on my host provider however I cant provide an exact problem.
I had this issue when I did a several deletion/installion of the theme in my domain.
