We’ve installed all the themes and plugins and are having an issue changing the light blue colors (#01beca) (#01b7cd). They are no where to be found. How can we change these? We have followed all documentation. Any help would be appreciated as we’ve spent over an hour on what should be a very simple edit.

Hi,
Kindly let me know if you have tried to change through customizer settings under styling ?
Thanks
-
Yes, that was the first thing we tried, with no effect. https://freethinkerspodcast.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Screen-Shot-2021-06-17-at-7.35.01-AM.png

Is there any chance to get a timely resolution to this or do we need to get a different theme? This should be a very simple issue.

Any chance we can get more than one reply per day? If I don’t hear back today, I’ll just get a refund and go a different direction.

Hi,
Thanks for the logins and I was able to see. Well, if you can provide me admin login access as you just sent me access for the website view I will be able to change color for you. Also let me know which color you would like for that ?
We will be checking in details for the color options and if there is anything wrong we will be fixing that as well.
Thanks

Can’t you just explain how we are supposed to make the change on our own? We have seen other people post the similar problem regarding this theme. We have since deactivated the theme and activated Hello Theme. We also deactivated the required plugins with your theme because we had not received a reply. We would like to use your theme but we either need documentation on how to make this change ourself or for you to issue a patch if there is a technical error.

Hi,
Well I have replied and you can see all replies above. For your second query we can’t assume what is your skill level so without knowing that I can’t say anything about doing it yourself.
If you let me know if you are familiar with coding skills I can guide you accordingly.
Thanks

Hello,
I am having the same problem. I cannot change the default colors of the website. I went to the same place the gentleman that started the thread and the colors are nowhere to be found.
Can you assist in helping me find the colors so that I can change them for myself?

Hi,
Actually our team is checking or adding that color changeable through color selection. If until you want to change it can be done through CSSS let me know if I can provide you with code ?
Thanks
-
Any documentation you can provide changing in the CSS code would be helpful until it’s released through the Style – Color section. There are several instances of the light blue that we will need to have access to control, depending on the background color. That’s why the theme user will need that control instead of sending hex codes.

Hi,
Well there is nothing like the documentation for this right now but you can simply target the desired element and can add your own styling: Let say our class is a btn and code will become
.btn{ color: red; }
This will make btn classed button element color red.
Let me know if you need any further assistance ?
Thanks
