There is a problem in the billing details on the checkout page on the State field.
The field country is by default checked (from the settings of the woocommerce) and the user has to select the state field. The select menu is not working and by this way the order cannot continue.

We also put the shop country in US in order to see if this working as well and the issue was the same. States Selections are not working.
Also the country field since it is pre selected from the ADMIN it should not let the user to select the option box. It should be hidden.
Please update theme and included plugins to their latest version. Theme latest version is 1.6.2 and Codeless Builder vs 1.4.6.
We have made many important changes.
