Hello,
I just purchased folio and downloaded the files from ThemeForest but there is no child theme folder. I’d be grateful for assistance and guidance.

The file as downloaded from ThemeForest is incomplete. I’ve spent several hours trying to get it to work on BlueHost and it’s still not working – because the file is missing the child theme folder. At this point I would like to request a refund and I will delete all my copies of the theme. Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you but I have spent all weekend trying unsuccessfully to get the package I downloaded from ThemeForest to work. I have had technical support from Bluehost and they couldn’t get it to work either.
At this point, I don’t want to continue. I am deleting it from my webserver and simply want a refund as the product I downloaded would not function as described in the documentation.
I hope to be able to find a Codeless theme in the future but at this point I am done with this theme (I am deleting all files) and I believe it’s understandable that I would like a refund of my purchase.

I have checked the Envato Market refund policy and it says that a refund is appropriate when the “item doesn’t work the way it should”. The theme I downloaded didn’t work – couldn’t have worked.
I’ve spent as much time on this as I can and I am deleting the theme files from my server.
So, again, I would be very grateful if you would honour my refund request.

Thank you for this. I have created the refund request on the Envato Market site and you should have it now.
I hope that we can get this resolved and I hope to be a Codeless client again down the road. Unfortunately this time, however, it just hasn’t worked out.

I am extremely disappointed in how long it is taking for my refund to be processed.
I have sought LEGAL ADVICE and my LAWYER confirms that in this instance I am entitled to a refund.
As such, if I do not receive confirmation within 24 hours that the refund has been processed, I will simultaneously lodge a complaint with ENVATO MARKET and will instruct my LAWYER to begin LEGAL PROCEEDINGS against Codeless.
I look forward to hearing from you with confirmation that my refund has been processed.
