Do you have active the Visual Composer plugin? Please make sure it’s active first. Deactivate other third party plugins and refresh page.

We have WPBakery Page Builder. What do you mean by active? It is active as a plug in, but it was with the template, and there is a separate licence that can be bought. So I need to buy it to work properly there is no other way?

I understand now. The thing is that when you share a page, the form gets the text in content if there is no exception available. The content includes visual composer shortcodes and so this happens. Please add excerpt for all pages and try again.
